Amanda Webb

Amanda Webb is an attorney practicing primarily in the areas of business and tax law. She advises closely held businesses and their owners in the areas of formation, tax structure, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and estate planning.

Prior to attending law school, Amanda worked in management at a Fortune 100 retailer where her responsibilities included hiring, performance management, merchandising, and financial accountability. Amanda lives in Oklahoma City with her husband, two sons, two bulldogs, and cat. Amanda enjoys playing bass clarinet with the Oklahoma City Symphonic Band, crocheting, and spending time with her family.
