Emily Ramseyer serves as an attorney in our comprehensive estate planning practice area, in various matters related to estate planning, guardianships, probate, and trust administration.
While attending the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Emily interned for Judge W. Eugene Davis on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, Judge Gregory K. Frizzell. During law school, she served as 3L Class President and as Director of the Calvert Moot Court Competition on the Board of Advocates. She competed in the National Tax Moot Court Competition for two years, receiving the award for Best Appellate Brief, and was inducted into the Order of the Solicitors. She also was a certified volunteer with the Internal Revenue Service’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and was a member of the Luther L. Bohanon American Inn of Court.
In her free time, she enjoys attending OSU football games in Stillwater, picking up a tennis match or round of golf, and spending time with friends and family.
