Angela joined the firm in August 2024 as a Senior Tax Manager serving all practice areas. Prior to joining DeBee, Clark & Weber, Angela worked in public accounting. Angela enjoys cooking, stand-up paddle boarding and spending time with her family and friends.

Kelton Proctor graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Finance. He recently joined the firm as an Accountant, where he supports clients with their bookkeeping and tax needs. Kelton enjoys the problem-solving side of accounting and values the opportunity to help individuals and businesses stay financially organized. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family, and watching the Oklahoma State Cowboys and OKC Thunder.
