Hope Weber is an attorney practicing in our tax-exempt and business transactions practice areas and a partner of DeBee, Clark & Weber. Hope’s experience includes formation and application for exemption, federal tax compliance, preparation of charitable registrations, operations planning and structure for tax-exempt organizations, federal and state tax controversies, formation of business entities, succession planning, and business operations. Hope graduated Magna Cum Laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law. During law school, she served as Resource Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review, a Member of the ABA Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Team, and a student member of the William J. Holloway Jr. Inn of Court. Prior to joining DeBee, Clark & Weber, Mrs. Weber worked for a tax resolution firm with multiple offices in Oklahoma focused on matters involving federal tax controversies. Hope likes spending time with her husband, son, and their two dogs and watching the Oklahoma State Cowboys.
