Lexy Vela is an attorney in our tax-exempt and business transactions practice area. Lexy graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. While there, she served on Oklahoma City University’s Law Review as a staff editor. During law school, Lexy served as the Vice President, of the Student Bar Association and Vice President of the Texas Legal Society. She also served as the Historian for the Hispanic/Latin Law Student Association. In her second year of law school, she competed in the Jessup International Moot Court competition with students from all over the world. Lexy also holds a master’s degree in legal studies from Texas State University and worked as a paralegal for a few years before attending law school. In her free time, Lexy enjoys running, thrift shopping, and spending time with her Husband.
