Stacy Minnick

Stacy Minnick is an attorney in our tax-exempt and business transactions practice areas. Stacy’s experience includes formation and application for exemption, federal tax compliance, preparation of charitable registrations, and operations planning and structure for both nonprofit and for profit entities. Prior to joining DeBee, Clark & Weber, she was a certified volunteer with the Internal Revenue Service’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and participated in the Make-A-Will Clinic run by local attorneys and charitable organizations providing legal aid in Oklahoma City. In her free time, Stacy enjoys neighborhood walks with her son, baking, hammocking with a good book, non-traditional cross-stitch, and Sooner sports.
